What do you do when you run out fingers? How do you tell people how old you are without speaking? We had to enlist Sarah's help this year, since Claire is now eleven!
Yesterday was beautiful, and after a yummy breakfast, my folks arrived to help celebrate the big event!
Another 'horse' birthday for Claire~
After roller-blading down the road, we happened to come upon ANOTHER carload of well-wishers, my sister Michelle and her family. What to do? Well, how about swimming!
Claire requested Clam chowder for dinner, and then, a few more gifts!

We are sorry we missed it with a card...I don't even have your address up there! But that's no excuse. We always think of you on your birthday because it is Sara's half birthday too! It looks like it was fun. Love you, the Ahrenholz's
