Duluth

Duluth. This is one of the places I have never been! I always wanted to "go North" and see this city on the shores of Lake Superior, but never had a chance.

And now, I did.

The children's favorite part of the whole day? Climbing on the rocks~

Another guy enjoyed it too!

Gooseberry Falls~

Leif Erickson memorial park~(someone we just studied!)

We also took the famous "Skyline Drive" and took a few autumn pic's along the way~

A favorite fall memory already~

Love, love, love the photo of Jim and Andrew on the rock, "in the water." Beautiful place, Duluth.

Fun times! What does "Duluth" mean? It's a generally wretched name.

Our kids love the rock jumping the best too! Makes me want to go back for another visit...maybe next summer. :) Enjoyed all the picks. Miss you all

One of our favorite places...though we've never seen it in autumn! Try it in early March some year when you can see the ice chunks breaking up on Lake Superior 6 feet tall and more!

YES, we love Duluth too! All those places in your pictures look very familiar: They are favorites of ours from our time at school in Duluth :)
We miss you guys and hope to hear an update sometime soon!
