Since we've gotten a lot of mileage out of one small pumpkin, we thought we'd finish with a grand finale: Pumpkin Soup.
After attempting to find a soup recipe via Google, I located this one that included a video (www.videojug.com/film/how-to-make-pumpkin-soup). This was fun to see! (tip: Since I had already cooked the pumpkin I added it later to the simmering broth.)
